The staff photos can be independently adapted to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds that you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place synchronously in various dimensions.

How does the employee get his photo?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photobox provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can copy down their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
