What should be achieved?

Our proposed solution
You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read out directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.
The image is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their picture digitally.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
