What should be achieved?

The workforce in your company has the chance to photograph and / or bring up to date the personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in some dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get his picture?

  3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery

    At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
