The mission goal
The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a rotating location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your staff the option to fully identify themselves around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photobooth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After photographing the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in parallel in different sizes.

How does the employee get the picture?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for staff to receive their photo as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.

In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

The need for investment
