What should be achieved?

The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be set up.

After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.
So you always have the best possible photo for
XING, Outlook, Instagram, Facebook, the CRM system
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately shown on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to choose from to receive their image as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to load the original recording and the different formats for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Other possible uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The investment for buying a customized photo box starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained directly.
