The solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. How does the photographed person get his picture?
