What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more of your specified backgrounds. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place synchronously in some formats.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately shown on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive his photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Other possible uses

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
