The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the option to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

One possible solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery

At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
