The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company are given the option to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place synchronously in some formats.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
