What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves completely with their own employee photo at any time.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the right format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format defined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the sales representative has three different ways to get his photo as a file.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to load his or her original recording and the different versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
