The mission goal

The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra staff on site are not required.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be independently adapted to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in a number of shapes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box, similar to the photo booth, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information, e.g. B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way is later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the stored image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.
So you always have the ideal photo for
XING, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, the CRM system, Twitter, WhatsApp & Co, Outlook
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the designation and position of the employee will be immediately visible on the image.

How do the staff get their picture?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to receive their photos digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which staff can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Alternative uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Photo attraction at customer events & meetings
• Creation of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Photos of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept directly.

Customer ratings

Since the system was introduced in 2019, two photo boxes have been set up permanently in this country and in Zurich.
