It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your teams the opportunity to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, comparable to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The information collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more of your specified backgrounds. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined position.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen synchronously to a certain extent.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can immediately appear on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for staff to get their image digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original recording as well as the various formats for the various target systems.
