The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, comparable to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.

How does the photographed person get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for staff to get their image digitally.

The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
