The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a rotating location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You can place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information, e.g. B. Personnel identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read immediately from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is identified, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

Facebook, WhatsApp & Co, XING, LinkedIn, the CRM system, Outlook
etc. within easy reach.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” using the company logo and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately included in the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the Active Directory are not the only ones to get hold of the new photos, the employee has three different ways to choose from to also receive his photo digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can save their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this route is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.

Alternative uses

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The price for the purchase of a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept directly.

Customer ratings
