The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for the sales representative to receive their photo digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
