What should be achieved?

You give your staff the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photobox that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, employees have three different ways to get their photos digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.

Additional deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The cost of buying a photo box adapted in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
