What should be achieved?

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photobox that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.

In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
