You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the optimum format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. How does the photographed person get the photo?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.

In order to make the best possible use of the purchase, you have the following options:
