The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed location or at a location that changes regularly (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional personnel on site.
This gives your workforce the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the required steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get his photo?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
