The mission goal
The staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced by one or many of the background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in different sizes at the same time.

How did the staff get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, the staff can choose between three different ways to get their photo as a file.

The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
