The use of a photo box for employee photos

You give your teams the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that the CRM system or ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photos digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
