The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the right format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be set up.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can happen simultaneously in different dimensions.
So you always have the ideal photo for
LinkedIn, WhatsApp & Co, Outlook, the CRM system, Twitter, XING, Facebook, Instagram
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with a company logo and/or the name and position of the employee will also be visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photos digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy his original image and the different sizes for the different target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.

Alternative deployment options

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Photo attraction at customer events & meetings

• Recording of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Pictures of groups of visitors, e.g. after a presentation
• Use at trade fairs to issue personalized “flyers”

The cost frame

The cost of purchasing a photo box perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for €650 + €1/employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.
