The use of a photo box for employee photos

The solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's inbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
