The solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
