The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, staff can choose between three different ways to get their photo digitally.

The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
