The mission goal
The field staff in your company get the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be presented with a release option for internal/external use of the recording.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

How do the staff get their picture?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
