The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

This gives your staff the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized for the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a predetermined size and placed in a predetermined position on the final image.
