The use of a photo box for employee photos
The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently adapted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the connection.

How does the employee get the photo?

The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
