What should be achieved?

You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You can place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds that you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed at a specified position on the final image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their image as a file.

The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
