The use of a photo box for employee photos
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional employees on site.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos can be independently adapted to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in different shapes and aspect ratios if desired.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, just like with the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the recorded image and the in-house employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get their image as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where the sales representative can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the field worker can use to load his original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's e-mail address.

Of course there is also the possibility to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased directly.
