The mission goal
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
This gives your workforce the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
