What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The personal photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, just like with the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image can also be set up.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format you define (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in various dimensions at the same time.

How does the staff get their photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to also receive their picture as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original image and the various sizes for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
