The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of taking a photo of their personal employee photo and/or updating it at a fixed location or at a rotating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You can place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the photo booth, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data is simply read in from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal/external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company logo and/or the employee's name and position will be visible directly on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to get their image digitally as well.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is kept directly.
