The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their personal employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified location on the final image.

How did the staff get the photo?

1. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various formats for the various target systems.
