The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently adapted to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the human resources department, at the ID office or at reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo booth, just like with the photo booth, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can be in several forms at the same time.
So you always have the perfect photo for
the CRM system, WhatsApp & Co, LinkedIn, Outlook, Facebook, Twitter
etc. within easy reach.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can appear directly on the image.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to get their image as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo box perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worth it for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
