The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your staff the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the optimal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen, similar to the photo booth.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as e.g. B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then subsequently becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be displayed with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image can be output in different formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can also be visible on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employees to get their photo digitally.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

The need for investment
The price for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
