What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the best format, irritating elements are removed from the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the human resources department, at the ID office or at reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, as with the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read immediately from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be presented with a sharing option for internal/external use of the image.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also identified, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the portrait taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the different versions for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.

Alternative deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following possible uses:
