You give your teams the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can be set up.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed at a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data set via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in parallel in various dimensions.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the employee has three different ways to choose to receive his picture as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
