The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized for the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in various forms.
So you always have the right photo for

etc. within easy reach.
Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.

The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo as well as the various versions for the various target systems.

Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.
