It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your teams the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized for the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can be set up.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. In the same way, the head is determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data set takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.

How does the employee get his photo?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
