The mission goal

One possible solution

You position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then subsequently becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their image as a file.

  1. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
  2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
  3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
