The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photobooth in a similar way to the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read out immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal/external use of the employee portrait can also be displayed.

After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can be done in parallel in several sizes.
So you always have the ideal photo for
Outlook, the CRM system, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.

Additional uses

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at trade fairs to produce personalized “flyers”
• Use at employee parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
• Creation of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Employee photos (as described above)
• Photos of groups of visitors, for example after a presentation

The cost frame

The price for purchasing a perfect photo box starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.
