What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the option to photograph and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the ideal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in various forms at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
LinkedIn, Twitter, Outlook, Instagram
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The investment for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is kept immediately.
