What should be achieved?
The staff in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can happen in different sizes at the same time.
So you always have the ideal photo for
the CRM system, Instagram, LinkedIn, Outlook, Twitter, Facebook

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are directly on the picture.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for staff to choose to receive their photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various formats for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Other possible uses
In order to make the most of your purchase, you have the following options:

The need for investment
The cost of purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over directly.
