The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in a similar way to the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture as a file.

Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
