The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display, similar to a passport photo machine.

The monitor serves as a touch screen and as an input terminal for the required data, e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be presented with a sharing option for internal/external use of the recording.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can happen in several forms at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
WhatsApp & Co, Facebook, the CRM system, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the company logo and/or the name and position of the employee will also be visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original recording and the various formats for the different target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following possible uses:

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of a photo box perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course there is also the chance to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
