What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the chance to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds that you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

How does the photographed person get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, the field service employee has three different ways to get his picture as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox.
