It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds that you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in many dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the staff to receive their picture digitally.

The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
