What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in different sizes at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?

The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can copy his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various versions for the different target systems.
