The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data set takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in parallel in several forms.

How does the employee get his photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
