What should be achieved?

The staff in your company get the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and/or update it at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos can be cut to the ideal format by machine, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in a number of sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display, just like with the passport photo machine.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photograph taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.
So you always have the best photo for
Facebook, XING, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp & Co, the CRM system, Outlook
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be included directly in the image.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to get their picture digitally.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the exposure, a code is displayed or printed on the touch screen, allowing the staff to download their original photo as well as the different versions for the different target systems.

Other deployment options

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Employee photos (as explained above)
• Pictures of groups of visitors, e.g. after a lecture

The cost frame

The price for purchasing a photo booth optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT, making it worthwhile for companies with around 100 or more employees.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
