What should be achieved?

The field staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor, as with the passport photo machine.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the employee portrait can also be set up.

After the employee picture has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in different forms.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position can be included in the image.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get his picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the different versions for the different target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
