The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the option of photographing and / or updating their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your teams the chance to always identify 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
