The mission goal
The employees in your company have the chance to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved image and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image can be output in several formats at the same time.

How does the employee get his photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original image and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the photo taken will be sent directly to the employee's email address.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
